• Sang Kho (เทศบาลตำบลสร้างค้อ), Phu Phan district, Sakon Nakhon province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 180 km², 23 villages and 10,617 citizen.
• Nong Ya Lat (เทศบาลตำบลหนองหญ้าลาด), Kantharalak district, Sisaket province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 31.72 km², 12 villages and 7,150 citizen.
