• Bang Rachan (เทศบาลเมืองบางระจัน), Bang Rachan district, Sing Buri province, effective March 8 2013. The municipality was created in 1999, covers 22.80 km² and 14,811 citizen.
• Lam Ta Sao (เทศบาลเมืองลำตาเสา), Bang Rachan district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, effective March 28 2013. The municipality was created in 1999, covers 36 km² and 19,399 citizen.

• Phak Hai subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลผักไห่), Phak Hai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, to be upgraded to a town (เทศบาลเมืองผักไห่), effective March 9. The sanitary district was created in 1956 and upgraded to a municipality in 1999. It covers 11.28 km² and 10,223 citizen.
• Nong Ko subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลหนองโก), Kranuan district, Khon Khaen province, to be renamed to Kranuan and upgraded to a town (เทศบาลเมืองกระนวน), effective March 9. The sanitary district was created in 1956 and upgraded to a municipality in 1999. It covers 3.77 km², 6 villages and 11,153 citizen.

Meeting 26/2007

Meeting number 26 from July 26 2007 with the change of area for one TAO and municipality.

• Reassign of part of the area from TAO Mueang Phia (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเมืองเพีย) to subdistrict municipality Kut Chap (เทศบาลตำบลกุดจับ), Kut Chap district, Udon Thani.

Additionally, there are the headings for two upgrades of to subdistrict municipalities, but none of the abstracts giving the details as usual. So these might be additions to earlier decisions, which however Google does not find yet.

• Sam Ko (เทศบาลตำบลสามกอ), Sena district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
• Kham Phran (เทศบาลตำบลคำพราน), Wang Muang district, Saraburi.
