  • Saba Yoi (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสะบ้าย้อย), Saba Yoi district, Songkhla province, renamed and upgraded to Tha Phraya (เทศบาลตำบลท่าพระยา), effective September 5. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 58.93 km², 9 villages and 11,162 citizen.
  • Phanna (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพรรณา), Phanna Nikhom district, Sakon Nakhon province, renamed and upgraded to Phanna Nakhon (เทศบาลตำบลพรรณานคร), effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 37.22 km², 13 villages and 5,831 citizen.
  • Khung Samphao (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคุ้งสำเภา), Manorom district, Chainat province, renamed and upgraded to Manorom (เทศบาลตำบลมโนรมย์), effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 30.28 km², 4 villages and 3,411 citizen.
  • Phra Thaen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพระแท่น), Tha Maka district, Kanchanaburi province, renamed and upgraded to Phra Thaen Lam Phraya (เทศบาลตำบลพระแท่นลำพระยา). The TAO was created in 1997, covers 20.60 km², 9 villages and 3,425 citizen.
  • Senangkhanikhom (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเสนางคนิคม), Senangkhanikhom district, Amnat Charoen province, renamed and upgraded to Siri Senang (เทศบาลตำบลสิริเสนางค์), effective September 5. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 93.9 km², 12 villages and 6,368 citizen.

  • Ban Yuat (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านยวด), Sang Khom district, Udon Thani province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 44.20 km², 6 villages and 4,108 citizen.
  • Khao Chot (เทศบาลตำบลเขาโจด), Si Sawat district, Kanchanaburi province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 922 km², 5 villages and 3,906 citizen.

Meeting number 32 from July 3 2013 with two TAO changing their name.
  • Pong Kham (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลป่งขาม), Wan Yai district, Mukdahan province, renamed to Pong Kham Dong Mu (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลป่งขามดงหมู). The TAO was created in 1996 covering only Pong Kham subdistrict, and in 2004 the Tambon Council Dong Mu was abolished and the second subdistrict added to the TAO. The new name thus reflects the fact that the TAO is responsible for both subdistrict.
  • Chiang Klang (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเชียงกลาง), Chiang Klang district, Chiang Rai province, renamed to Chiang Klang Phaya Kaeo (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเชียงกลางพญาแก้ว). The TAO was created in 1999 covering only the non-municipal parts of Chiang Klang subdistrict, and in 2004 the Tambon Council Phaya Kaeo was abolished and the second subdistrict added to the TAO. The new name thus reflects the fact that the TAO is responsible for both subdistrict.

  • Rai (เทศบาลตำบลไร่), Phanna Nikhom district, Sakon Nakhon province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 40.49 km², 16 villages and 9,355 citizen.
  • Khuan Klang (เทศบาลตำบลควนกลาง), Phibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, effective September 1. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 43.50 km², 6 villages and 4,001 citizen.
