  • Som Wang (เทศบาลตำบลสมหวัง), Kong Ra district, Phatthalung province, effective April 6. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 28.34 km², 7 villages and 4,542 citizen.
  • Saen Hai (เทศบาลตำบลแสนไห), Wiang Haeng district, Chiang Mai province, effective April 6. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 22 km², 5 villages and 2,988 citizen.
  • Chanot (เทศบาลตำบลชะโนด), Wan Yai district, Mukdahan province, effective April 22. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 4.49 km², 5 villages and 2,432 citizen.
  • Tae (เทศบาลตำบลแต้), Uthumphon Phisai district, Sisaket province. Decision was moved to a later meeting.

Meeting number 18 from March 20 2012 with five TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities.
  • Na Not (เทศบาลตำบลนาโหนด), Mueang Phatthalung district, Phatthalung province, effective April 30. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 39.88 km², 11 villages and 8,084 citizen.
  • Tha Chiang Thong (เทศบาลตำบลท่าเชียงทอง), Mueang Lamphun district, Lamphun province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 4,89 km², 4 villages and 2,118 citizen. The TAO was originally named Ban Paen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านแป้น) same as the subdistrict, but was renamed in 2010 already to prepare for the upgrade.
  • Ko (เทศบาลตำบลก้อ), Li district, Lamphun province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 25.49 km², 4 villages and 2,449 citizen.
  • Na Wiang (เทศบาลตำบลนาเวียง), Sai Mun district, Yasothon province. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 38 km², 7 villages and 4,065 citizen.
  • Si Sa-at (เทศบาลตำบลศรีสะอาด), Khukhan district, Sisaket province. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 18.7 km², 9 villages and 4,158 citizen.
