• Sanam Khli (เทศบาลตำบลสนามคลี), Bang Krathum district, Phitsanulok province, effective September 5. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 31.45 km², 6 villages and 2,510 citizen.
• Bua Hung (เทศบาลตำบลบัวหุ่ง), Rasi Salai district, Si Sa Ket province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 39.7 km², 18 villages and 6,800 citizen.
• Wang Yang (เทศบาลตำบลวังยาง), Phanna Nikhom district, Sakon Nakhon province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 40 km², 13 villages and 8,079 citizen.
