• Ban Phue TAO (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านผือ), Ban Phue district, Udon Thani province, ceding area to Ban Phue subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านผือ).
• Nam Suai TAO (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลน้ำสวย), Mueang Loei district, Loei province, ceding area to Nam Suai subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลน้ำสวย).
• Nong Khanan (เทศบาลตำบลหนองขนาน), Mueang Phetchaburi district, Phetchaburi province, effective August 31. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 26.44 km², 13 villages and 6,250 citizen.
• Tha Sap (เทศบาลตำบลท่าสาป), Mueang Yala district, Yala province, effective August 31. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 13.54 km², 6 villages and 7,029 citizen.
• Ko Thuat (เทศบาลตำบลเกาะทวด), Pak Phanang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, effective September 7. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 51.38 km², 8 villages and 5,275 citizen.
