• Bunnak Phatthana (เทศบาลตำบลบุญนาคพัฒนา), Mueang Lampang district, Lampang province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 63.39 km², 9 villages and 5,050 citizen.
• Somdet Charoen (เทศบาลตำบลสมเด็จเจริญ), Nong Prue district, Kanchanaburi province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 104.74 km², 7 villages and 6,268 citizen.
• Ban Yuat (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านยวด), Sang Khom district, Udon Thani province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 44.20 km², 6 villages and 4,108 citizen.
• Khao Chot (เทศบาลตำบลเขาโจด), Si Sawat district, Kanchanaburi province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 922 km², 5 villages and 3,906 citizen.
• Khanuan (เทศบาลตำบลขนวน), Nong Na Kham district, Khon Kaen province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1997, covers 50.79 km², 11 villages and 6,844 citizen.
• Sawang (เทศบาลตำบลสว่าง), Sawang Wirawong district, Ubon Ratchathani province, effective September 6. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 65 km², 12 villages and 7,834 citizen.
