- Chaelae (เทศบาลตำบลแชแล), Kumphawapi district, Udon Thani province. Already discussed in meeting 32/2012 of board one, still no decision as the boundary of the subdistrict is not defined clearly enough.
- Nong Tat (เทศบาลตำบลหนองตาด), Mueang Buriram district, Buriram province, effective August 24. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 44.53 km², 22 villages and 10,747 citizen.
- Thap Sai (เทศบาลตำบลทับไทร), Pong Nam Ron district, Chathaburi province, effective September 1. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 236.12 km², 7 villages and 5,728 citizen.
- Bang Chakhreng (เทศบาลตำบลบางจะเกร็ง), Mueang Samut Songkhram district, Samut Songkhram province, effective August 31 The TAO was created in 1996, covers 6.65 km², 5 villages and 4,548 citizen.
