- Phra Yuen Ming Mongkhon (เทศบาลตำบลพระยืนมิ่งมงคล), Phra Yuen district, Khon Kaen province, effective April 27. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 82 km², 17 villages and 9,519 citizen. The TAO was originally named Phra Yuen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพระยืน), but has to be renamed in order to avoid confusion with the already existing subdistrict municipality Phra Yuen (เทศบาลตำบลพระยืน).
- Thung Sai (เทศบาลตำบลทุ่งใส), Sichon district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, effective April 27. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 74 km², 8 villages and 10,688 citizen.
- Pho Ming (เทศบาลตำบลพ่อมิ่ง), Panare district, Pattani province, effective February 1. The TAO was created in 2000, covers 19.40 km², 4 villages and 2,939 citizen.
- Tolang (เทศบาลตำบลตอหลัง), Yaring district, Pattani province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 2000, covers 7.60 km², 3 villages and 2,756 citizen.
