- TAO Wang Nam Yen and Wang Nam Yen subdistrict municipality, Wang Nam Yen district, Sa Kaeo province are merged together by abolishing the TAO and enlarging the municipality. Additionally, the newly enlarged municipality is upgraded from subdistrict municipality to a town, thus now named Wang Nam Yen town (เทศบาลเมืองวังน้ำเย็น). The merge was already discussed in meeting 43 of board 1, however the upgrade is a new item on the agenda.
