• Si Kaeo (เทศบาลตำบลสีแก้ว), Mueang Roi Et district, Roi Et province, effective August 23. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 66.5 km², 22 villages and 12,812 citizen.
• Tha Thong (เทศบาลตำบลท่าทอง), Mueang Phitsanulok district, Phitsanulok province, effective August 24. The TAO was created in 1996, covers ​​23.696 km², 11 villages and 12,245 citizen.
• Don Chedi (เทศบาลตำบลดอนเจดีย์), Phanom Thuan district, Kanchanaburi province, effective August 30. The TAO was created in 1996, covers ​​24 km², 8 villages and 4,839 citizen.

Meeting number 32 from May 15 2012 with three TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities and two municipalities renamed.

• Non O - Non Wai subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลหนองอ้อ-โนนทราย), Nong Wua So district, Udon Thani province renamed to Phu Pha Daeng (เทศบาลตำบลภูผาแดง) to avoid confusion with the adjoining TAO Nong O and subdistrict municipality Non Wai.
• Tha Duea subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลท่าเดื่อ) renamed to Tha Duea - Muet Ka (เทศบาลตำบลท่าเดื่อ-มืดกา) as it covers parts of both subdistricts Tha Duea and Muet Ka. And probably also (but not mentioned) to avoid confusion with the adjoining TAO Tha Duea.
• Ban Bua (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านบัว), Mueang Buriram district, Buriram province, effective August 23. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 42.68 km², 18 villages and 9,584 citizen.
• Pa Sao (เทศบาลตำบลป่าเซ่า), Mueang Uttaradit district, Uttaradit province, effective August 22. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 45 km², 8 villages and 7,492 citizen.
• Ngio Ngam (เทศบาลตำบลงิ้วงาม), Mueang Uttaradit district, Uttaradit province, effective August 24. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 59 km², 16 villages and 8,990 citizen.

Meeting 31/2012 (Board 1)

Meeting number 31 of board one from May 14 2012 with three TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities.

• Thung Khwao (เทศบาลตำบลทุ่งกวาว), Mueang Phrae district, Phrae province. Already discussed in meeting 28/2012 of board one, but still no decision.
• Chun Het (เทศบาลตำบลชุมเห็ด), Mueang Buriram district, Buriram province, effective August 24. The TAO was created in 1996, covers ​​46 km², 22 villages and 19,945 citizen.
• Pang Makha (เทศบาลตำบลปางมะค่า), Khanu Woralaksaburi district, Kamphaeng Phet province. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 325 km², 23 villages and 17,437 citizen. No date has been set, but the term of the council as well as of the mayor end in 2015. The website already has municipality in the page title.
• Woen Phrabat (เทศบาลตำบลเวินพระบาท), Tha Uthen district, Nakhon Phanom province, effective August 24. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 51.20 km², 10 villages and 5,984 citizen.

• Ban Krang (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านกร่าง), Si Prachan district, Suphanburi province, effective August 31. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 23 km², 6 villages and 5,510 citizen.
• Mae Klong (เทศบาลตำบลแม่กลอง), Umphang district, Tak province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 755 km², 7 villages and 5,016 citizen.
• Yuan (เทศบาลตำบลหย่วน), Chiang Kham district, Phayao province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 11.50 km², 13 villages and 3,0631 citizen.
• Khok Klang (เทศบาลตำบลโคกกลาง), Lue Amnat district, Amnat Charoen province, effective April 6. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 32,19 km², 11 villages and 5,037 citizen.

• Som Wang (เทศบาลตำบลสมหวัง), Kong Ra district, Phatthalung province, effective April 6. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 28.34 km², 7 villages and 4,542 citizen.
• Saen Hai (เทศบาลตำบลแสนไห), Wiang Haeng district, Chiang Mai province, effective April 6. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 22 km², 5 villages and 2,988 citizen.
• Chanot (เทศบาลตำบลชะโนด), Wan Yai district, Mukdahan province, effective April 22. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 4.49 km², 5 villages and 2,432 citizen.
• Tae (เทศบาลตำบลแต้), Uthumphon Phisai district, Sisaket province. Decision was moved to a later meeting.

Meeting 18/2012

Meeting number 18 from March 20 2012 with five TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities.

• Na Not (เทศบาลตำบลนาโหนด), Mueang Phatthalung district, Phatthalung province, effective April 30. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 39.88 km², 11 villages and 8,084 citizen.
• Tha Chiang Thong (เทศบาลตำบลท่าเชียงทอง), Mueang Lamphun district, Lamphun province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 4,89 km², 4 villages and 2,118 citizen. The TAO was originally named Ban Paen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านแป้น) same as the subdistrict, but was renamed in 2010 already to prepare for the upgrade.
• Ko (เทศบาลตำบลก้อ), Li district, Lamphun province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 25.49 km², 4 villages and 2,449 citizen.
• Na Wiang (เทศบาลตำบลนาเวียง), Sai Mun district, Yasothon province. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 38 km², 7 villages and 4,065 citizen.
• Si Sa-at (เทศบาลตำบลศรีสะอาด), Khukhan district, Sisaket province. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 18.7 km², 9 villages and 4,158 citizen.

Meeting number 17 from March 14 2012 with four TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities.

• Phra Yuen Ming Mongkhon (เทศบาลตำบลพระยืนมิ่งมงคล), Phra Yuen district, Khon Kaen province, effective April 27. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 82 km², 17 villages and 9,519 citizen. The TAO was originally named Phra Yuen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพระยืน), but has to be renamed in order to avoid confusion with the already existing subdistrict municipality Phra Yuen (เทศบาลตำบลพระยืน).
• Thung Sai (เทศบาลตำบลทุ่งใส), Sichon district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, effective April 27. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 74 km², 8 villages and 10,688 citizen.
• Pho Ming (เทศบาลตำบลพ่อมิ่ง), Panare district, Pattani province, effective February 1. The TAO was created in 2000, covers 19.40 km², 4 villages and 2,939 citizen.
• Tolang (เทศบาลตำบลตอหลัง), Yaring district, Pattani province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 2000, covers 7.60 km², 3 villages and 2,756 citizen.
