Meeting number 17 of board 1 from January 16 2013 with two TAO upgraded to town municipalities and one municipal area change.

• Nakhon Pathom (เทศบาลเมืองนครปฐม), Mueang Nakhon Pathom district, Nakhon Pathom province, effective March 1. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 22.2 km², 8 villages and 12,043 citizen. It should not be confused with the city Nakhon Pathom (เทศบาลนครนครปฐม), located south of the new town and covering parts of the subdistrict Nakhon Pathom as well.
• Nong Pling (เทศบาลเมืองหนองปลิง), Mueang Kamphaeng Phet district, Kamphaeng Phet province. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 84.58 km², 11 villages and 11,940 citizen. No date of being effective was given, but it seems the upgrade was done in March.
• Ban Tam (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านต๊ำ), Mueang Phayao district, Phayao province getting its boundaries redefined corresponding to the changes in the subdistrict bounaries made in 2012.

• Khun Kaeo (เทศบาลตำบลเกาะเต่า), Nakhon Chai Si district, Nakhon Pathom province, effective January 31 2013. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 10.80 km², 4 villages and 7,331 citizen.

Meeting 9/2012 (Board 1)

Meeting number 9 from February 2 2012 with one TAO upgraded to a subdistrict municipality, and one TAO renamed.

• No Phlap (เทศบาลตำบลบ่อพลับ), Mueang Nakhon Pathom district, Nakhon Pathom province, effective June 1. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 4.9 km², 8 villages and 8,523 citizen.
• TAO Hang Dong (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหางดง), Hang Dong district, Chiang Mai to be renamed to Mae Tha Chang (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ท่าช้าง), in order to avoid confusion with the municipality Hang Dong (เทศบาลตำบลหางดง) in the same subdistrict.

• Upgrade of Kaeng Khoi subdistrict municipality, Kaeng Khoi district, Saraburi province to town status (เทศบาลเมืองแก่งคอย), effective February 1 2008.
• Upgrade of Sam Phran subdistrict municipality, Sam Phran district, Nakhon Pathom province to town status (เทศบาลเมืองสามพราน), effective February 1 2008.
• Upgrade of Nong Sam Rong subdistrict municipality, Mueang Udon Thani district, Udon Thani province to town status (เทศบาลเมืองหนองสำโรง), effective February 1 2008.
• Upgrade of Tak Bai subdistrict municipality, Tak Bai district, Narathiwat province to town status (เทศบาลเมืองตากใบ), effective February 1 2008.

• Ta Sit (เทศบาลตำบลตาสิทธิ์), Pluak Daeng district, Rayong province, effective August 29 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 98 km², 4 villages and 5,062 citizen.
• Thi Wang (เทศบาลตำบลที่วัง), Thung Song district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, effective August 30 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 48.19 km², 11 villages and 12,448 citizen.
• Mueang Kao (เทศบาลตำบลเมืองเก่า), Mueang Khon Kaen district, Khon Kaen province, effective August 30 2007. The TAO was created in 1995, covers 12.84 km², 8 villages and 8,442 citizen.
