• Na Not (เทศบาลตำบลนาโหนด), Mueang Phatthalung district, Phatthalung province, effective April 30. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 39.88 km², 11 villages and 8,084 citizen.
• Tha Chiang Thong (เทศบาลตำบลท่าเชียงทอง), Mueang Lamphun district, Lamphun province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 4,89 km², 4 villages and 2,118 citizen. The TAO was originally named Ban Paen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านแป้น) same as the subdistrict, but was renamed in 2010 already to prepare for the upgrade.
• Ko (เทศบาลตำบลก้อ), Li district, Lamphun province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 25.49 km², 4 villages and 2,449 citizen.
• Na Wiang (เทศบาลตำบลนาเวียง), Sai Mun district, Yasothon province. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 38 km², 7 villages and 4,065 citizen.
• Si Sa-at (เทศบาลตำบลศรีสะอาด), Khukhan district, Sisaket province. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 18.7 km², 9 villages and 4,158 citizen.

Meeting number 17 from March 14 2012 with four TAO upgraded to subdistrict municipalities.

• Phra Yuen Ming Mongkhon (เทศบาลตำบลพระยืนมิ่งมงคล), Phra Yuen district, Khon Kaen province, effective April 27. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 82 km², 17 villages and 9,519 citizen. The TAO was originally named Phra Yuen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลพระยืน), but has to be renamed in order to avoid confusion with the already existing subdistrict municipality Phra Yuen (เทศบาลตำบลพระยืน).
• Thung Sai (เทศบาลตำบลทุ่งใส), Sichon district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, effective April 27. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 74 km², 8 villages and 10,688 citizen.
• Pho Ming (เทศบาลตำบลพ่อมิ่ง), Panare district, Pattani province, effective February 1. The TAO was created in 2000, covers 19.40 km², 4 villages and 2,939 citizen.
• Tolang (เทศบาลตำบลตอหลัง), Yaring district, Pattani province, effective April 5. The TAO was created in 2000, covers 7.60 km², 3 villages and 2,756 citizen.

• Bua Khao (เทศบาลเมืองบ้านกร่าง), Kuchinarai district, Kalasin province, effective March 9. The sanitation district was created in 1992 and upgraded to a subdistrict municipality in 1999, covers 9.95 km² and 11,809 citizen.

Meeting number 11 from February 21 2012 with one subdistrict municipalities and one TAO upgraded to town municipalities.

• Don Sak (เทศบาลเมืองดอนสัก), Don Sak district, Surat Thani province, effective June 21. It was a subdistrict municipality since the sanitary district was upgrade in 1999.
• Aranyik (เทศบาลเมืองอรัญญิก), Mueang Phitsanulok district, Phitsanulok province, effective May 1. The TAO was created in 1995, cover 30.78 km² and 10 villages and has a population of 29,525.

Meeting number 9 from February 2 2012 with one TAO upgraded to a subdistrict municipality, and one TAO renamed.

• No Phlap (เทศบาลตำบลบ่อพลับ), Mueang Nakhon Pathom district, Nakhon Pathom province, effective June 1. The TAO was created in 1996, covers 4.9 km², 8 villages and 8,523 citizen.
• TAO Hang Dong (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหางดง), Hang Dong district, Chiang Mai to be renamed to Mae Tha Chang (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ท่าช้าง), in order to avoid confusion with the municipality Hang Dong (เทศบาลตำบลหางดง) in the same subdistrict.

• Phak Hai subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลผักไห่), Phak Hai district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, to be upgraded to a town (เทศบาลเมืองผักไห่), effective March 9. The sanitary district was created in 1956 and upgraded to a municipality in 1999. It covers 11.28 km² and 10,223 citizen.
• Nong Ko subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลหนองโก), Kranuan district, Khon Khaen province, to be renamed to Kranuan and upgraded to a town (เทศบาลเมืองกระนวน), effective March 9. The sanitary district was created in 1956 and upgraded to a municipality in 1999. It covers 3.77 km², 6 villages and 11,153 citizen.

• Tha Sut (เทศบาลตำบลท่าสุด), Mueang Chiang Rai district, Chiang Rai province, effective April 8. The TAO was created in 1999, covers 81.62 km², 11 villages and 12,700 citizen.
