• Ton Pao, Sam Kamphaeng district, Chiang Mai province upgraded to town municipality (เทศบาลเมืองต้นเปา) effective October 22 2010. The municipality was created in 1999 when the sanitary district Ton Pao was upgraded; it covers 15.36 km² and 12,452 citizen.

Meeting number 26 from June 9 2010 with one TAO upgraded to a subdistrict municipality.

• Du Tai, Mueang Nan district, Nan province upgraded to subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลดู่ใต้). The TAO was created in 1996, covers 25 km², 15 villages and 8,214 citizen.

• San Phranet subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลสันพระเนตร) and San Na Meng subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลสันนาเม็ง), San Sai district, Chiang Mai province, adjusting their boundaries.

Meeting number 23 from April 29 2010 with three name changes of local government units.

• TAO Khok Tun (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโคกตูม), Nong Khae district, Saraburi province renamed to Khok Tun-Phon Thong (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโคกตูม-โพนทอง).
• TAO Ban Paen (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านแป้น), Mueang Lamphun district, Lamphun province renamed to Tha Chiang Thong (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่าเชียงทอง).
• Subdistrict municipality Kayuboko (เทศบาลตำบลกายูบอเกาะ), Raman district, Yala province renamed to Mueang Raman (เทศบาลตำบลเมืองรามันห์).

• Subdistrict municipality Laem Chabang, Chonburi upgraded to a city municipality (เทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง), effective April 24.

Meeting 18/2010

Meeting number 18 from April 7 2010 with one change of municipal areas.

• Separating some area from Ban Luang subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านหลวง) and reassign it to Chom Thong municipality (เทศบาลตำบลจอมทอง). Even though Ban Luang was upgraded last October, it has no new council yet since the constituency definition wasn't finished yet. The areas in question are the villages 1 to 4.

Meeting number 6 from February 4 2010 with five name changes of municipalities and TAO.

• Pho Nang Dam subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลโพนางดำ), Sapphaya district, Chainat province, to be renamed to Thep Phithak (เทศบาลตำบลเทพพิทักษ์) in order to avoid confusion with the two adjoining municipalities Pho Nang Dam Tok and Pho Nang Dam Ok.
• Khok Khram Phatthana subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลโคกครามพัฒนา), Bang Pla Ma district, Suphanburi province, to be renamed to Ton Kram (เทศบาลตำบลต้นคราม) in order to avoid confusion with the adjoining municipality Khok Khram.
• Phak Pang subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลผักปัง), Phu Khiao district, Chaiyaphum province, to be renamed to Phu Khiao (เทศบาลตำบลภูเขียว) in order to avoid confusion with the adjoining TAO Phak Pang.
• Ban Phru subdistrict municipality (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านพรุ), Hat Yai district, Songkhla province, to be renamed to Ban Rai (เทศบาลตำบลบ้านไร่) in order to avoid confusion with the adjoining town municipality Ban Phru.
• TAO Ban Mo (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านหมอ), Ban Mo district, Saraburi province, to be renamed to Mueang Khit Khin (องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเมืองขีดขิน) in order to avoid confusion with the adjoining Ban Mo subdistrict municipality.
